Shameless plug for HIM.
We here at Lady~A’s Vampire Social Club like to support good music even if not everyone can agree on what that is. Yours Truly happens to be a big HIM fan because I can appreciate a throw back to music I loved in the 80′s and sometimes, the cheesier the better. Having listened intently to Screamworks: Love In Theory and Practice, I highly recommend it to all of you who appreciate love metal and don’t mind a Billy Idol, Depeche Mode, and an A-Ha moment in there every now and then. Go BUY the new album and support my Finnish fellows and blow a kiss to Ville Valo while you’re at it.

The VSC rises again!! True Blood Party June 17th!
I would like to personally thank all of you who made it out to Opening Night! I think we proved that people love vampires and love to revel in the night! You bared your fangs and danced to the music of the night while throwing back a Bleed Easy or four. Wasn’t that drink tasty? Burned clean too.
We WILL rise again on Thursday, June 17th for our True Blood party. Come celebrate your favorite show, get your rock and roll on and bring that sultry, brooding swagger that comes from an appreciation for the Deep South. Bring out your inner Northman and rock it out at the VSC!
In order to keep the VSC alive there will be a suggested donation of $2 for members presenting their card and $3 for non-members. Door Prize raffles are still free. It’s not mandatory, but a coupla extra bucks goes pretty far to keep the entertainment and prizes flowing. AND, we will have a picture gallery up as soon as the webmaster gets back from the Zombie Prom.

Vintage Drag Queen Lana Lake to perform for the VSC!!
Now, I don’t know about you, but you know you’ve arrived when you get your very own drag queen to perform at your event. Welcome LANA LAKE to the VSC!!! She will be gracing us with her presence to entertain you all in grand vintage fashion! Come to opening night and adore her in person and be awed by her talent!
